As a Habitat Conservation Specialist, Roy Bullion can often be found roaming the highways of his Shoal Lake target region either on business or as a volunteer for minor-league hockey and baseball. He is a member of the Shoal Lake enhancement comittee, an advisor to the Critical Wildlife Habitat Program, and coordinates the management of native prairie for regeneration and grazing.

Carol Graham joined MHC as a Habitat Conservation Specialist in 2012. After the completion of a M.Sc., she worked in forestry where she developed and implemented management strategies for the enhancement of native prairie in southwestern Manitoba with MHC. Carol and her family live in the Nesbitt area, where she is actively involved in the support of the local rural communities.

Alix is a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Brandon University. Passionate about wildlife and conservation, she gained hands-on experience through her environmental internships. Alix is excited to contribute to habitat protection and biodiversity in her role at MHC. Living in Brandon with her fiancé, their rescue dog, and five cats, Alix enjoys outdoor activities like camping and hiking, along with cooking and crafting in her free time.

Scott joined MHC in 2008, following his graduation from University of Manitoba with a B.Sc. in Agriculture (Agronomy concentration). When not busy running a cooperative farm outside of Rosser, Scott volunteers his time as a firefighter and as president of the Rosser Community Club. Scott's roles at MHC include the design and construction of MHC's wetland restoration projects, as well as a Conservation Specialist. Amanda holds a Diploma in Land & Water Management Environmental Technologies from Assiniboine Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Brandon University. Experienced as an interpreter at Spruce Woods Provincial Park and a biodiversity research assistant at the Brandon Research and Development Centre, she previously worked as a Monitoring Specialist at MHC. Amanda's passion for nature drives her to work closely with landowners and farmers to preserve habitats, with a particular interest in native prairie conservation and habitat restoration in Manitoba. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, hiking with her dog, and spending time outdoors.
