Manitoba Habitat Conservancy (MHC) is a Manitoba-based charitable organization dedicated to conservation, restoration, and enhancement of fish and wildlife habitat.
Our commitment is to Manitoba’s grasslands and wetlands, ensuring viability and health for generations to come. Through voluntary agreements with landowners and donations from generous folks in the community, we’re able to use habitat conservation as a tool to improve wildlife populations and general ecosystem health.
We offer a variety of programs and solutions that help landowners conserve, restore, and enhance the wildlife habitats on their property.
Learn how you can receive funding for activities that protect or improve water quality, flood mitigation, drought resilience, carbon sequestration, soil health, and more.
We gratefully acknowledge the generous support of all individual donors, government partners, corporations, and other non-profit organizations who make our work possible.
